What is myAccount?

myAccount is an electronic interface where you can quickly and easily manage your account with McDougall Energy. This interface will provide you with direct access to your account balance summary, estimated tank level (for Automatic Delivery Home Heat customers), invoices, statements, deliveries, and the most recent notices – all at the click of a button.

myAccount provides everything you need to know to effectively manage your account and your business with real-time updates and notifications.

myAccount will allow you to:

  • Order Fuel
  • Review Payment Plan Details
  • Customize Reporting
  • Review Estimated Tank Levels (for Automatic Delivery Home Heat customers)
  • Print Invoices, Statements and Proof of Delivery slips
  • Access Invoices, Statements, Sales Orders and Shipment Details
  • Manage Additional User Accounts
  • Manage Fleet (Create and Update Enable/Disable Units)


How do I register for myAccount?

In order to register for myAccount customer portal, you must be a current account holder with McDougall Energy. The sign-up page can be found at Click on "Sign Up", fill in the required fields, and submit your form. You will receive an email with a verification link. Once the account has been verified, you can log in.

To sign up, you will need your McDougall Energy Account Number and your “Customer Name.” Please have your invoice or statement ready with you before you register. To register, your "Customer Name" must match exactly how the name appears on your invoice or statement to be successful, and it is character sensitive. For example, if it says, “John Smith & Jane Smith” on your statement, you cannot type “John Smith” or “John Smith and Jane Smith,” the words and characters must match exactly “John Smith & Jane Smith.”

How do I access myAccount Customer Portal?

myAccount customer portal is designed to be self-serve. Simply visit our website at and click on ACCOUNT LOGIN in the top right corner and get started. You can access myAccount online customer portal anytime by following this link: 


What happens if I forget myAccount login email and/or password?

If you forget your login email, you need to email  for technical support. Your password can be reset from the Sign In page. From the login page, select “Reset my password.”


Can I make a payment to my account online?

McDougall Energy offers many payment options, although making a payment to your account through the myAccount customer portal is not currently available. The most popular choice is paying online through your bank. You can view and print current and past Statements or Invoices when logged in to myAccount.


You can always contact the Credit Department for more information by calling toll free at 1-877-849-2588 or email Payments can be viewed on the home page of myAccount by viewing the “Balance Summary” dashboard. This dashboard details your current balance, payment due date, recent activity, as well as your payment history.
