1. How do I get started?

Just fill out the Online Contact Form with your contact information and your friend’s contact information and we’ll do the rest. It’s that simple.

2. What cities do you operate in?

McDougall Energy delivers fuel to customers in more than 600 communities throughout Ontario. We have local offices and/or local sales teams serving the following communities:

3. What type of home heating products does McDougall Energy deliver?

We proudly supply top-quality EssoTM home heating oil as well as our versatile propane fuel for your home comfort needs. Propane is only available in some regions; contact us toll-free at 1-800-461-0512 to learn where propane is available.

4. What are the rewards?

Both you (the person making the referral) and the family member, friend, or neighbour you refer will receive a McDougall Energy account credit equal in value to 200 FREE litres of fuel (propane or heating oil).

5. What are the eligibility guidelines?

The person you’ve referred (i.e., new customer) must sign a minimum 5-year contract with McDougall Energy and consume at least 1,500 litres of propane or heating oil annually. The new customer cannot have been a McDougall Energy customer within the past 12 months. Both you and the new customer must be enrolled in our Automatic Delivery Program.

6. How and when will I receive my rewards?

Once the friend you refer receives their first fuel delivery, both you and the friend will receive an account credit on your next invoice equal in value to 200 FREE litres of fuel.

7. I have not yet received my reward. What should I do?

If you haven’t received your Referral Reward on your statement – or are interested in any of the other offers that are available from McDougall Energy – feel free to contact your Territory Manager or our friendly Home Account Managers at 1-800-461-0512.
