Local Organizations Receive $20,000 from McDougall Energy

At McDougall Energy, we believe that strong communities are built on care, dedication, and a shared commitment to helping one another. In recognition of that spirit, we are proud to donate $20,000 to local firefighters and hospitals in Southwestern Ontario.

McDougall Energy contributed funds to the following organizations:

  • St. Thomas Elgin General Hospital (STEGH), St. Thomas
  • Bluewater Health Foundation, Sarnia
  • St Marys Memorial Hospital Foundation, St. Marys
  • St. Marys Fire Fighters Association, St. Marys
  • Central Elgin Fire Rescue, Central Elgin
  • Chatham-Kent Fire and Rescue, Chatham-Kent

This donation is a token of appreciation for the tireless efforts of our first responders. It will support vital equipment upgrades, training initiatives, and strengthen local resources that enhance first-response capabilities in our communities. By investing in these essential services, we aim to improve safety and preparedness in St. Thomas, Sarnia, St. Mary’s, Central Elgin, and Chatham-Kent, ensuring that our local heroes have the resources they need to protect and serve effectively.

McDougall Energy is committed to enhancing lives and strengthening the communities where we work and live. This past September, Dodsley Propane and Dowler-Karn officially transitioned to McDougall Energy following their acquisitions in 2021 and 2022. As we move forward under the McDougall Energy name, we remain committed to supporting and investing in our local communities.

Together, we can build a brighter future.
