Edward Fuels is now McDougall Energy
Beginning May 29, 2024, Edward Fuels, A Division of McDougall Energy Inc., will begin operating exclusively as McDougall Energy.
Since McDougall Energy acquired Edward Fuels in 2020, our teams have been working together to streamline operations, expand our services, and provide more value to customers in Huron, Perth, Grey, and Bruce Counties.
Customer Accounts
With this transition, customer accounts will be migrated to McDougall Energy, and the same great local team will continue to serve you from our existing locations.

McDougall Energy is pleased to offer its myAccount Customer Portal to customers. myAccount is the convenient way to view and manage your account online — whenever and wherever you want.
With myAccount, you can:
- Access your account details 24/7
- View invoices and review payment plan details
- View estimated tank levels (Automatic Delivery customers only)
- Manager user accounts
- Build custom reports (Commercial customers only)

AIR MILES
The partnership between Edward Fuels, A Division of McDougall Energy Inc., and the AIR MILES Reward Program will end on May 28, 2024. Customers may continue to earn Reward Miles up to this date. After this date, Reward Miles will no longer be offered at McDougall Energy. Earned Reward Miles will remain on the collector’s account and be available for redemption at other participating AIR MILES locations or online at airmiles.ca.
Note: This change does not impact Shell’s partnership with AIR MILES. Customers can continue to collect AIR MILES on eligible purchases at participating Shell retail stations.
