Manitoulin Fuels is now McDougall Energy
McDougall Energy acquired Manitoulin-based fuel supplier and HVAC contractor, Manitoulin Fuels Limited (“Manitoulin Fuels”) in 2020, officially becoming A Division of McDougall Energy Inc.
Since this acquisition, the companies have worked closely to provide customers in Manitoulin Island with reliable heating solutions and commercial fuel distribution. In a continued effort to provide quality products and services, the companies will be amalgamating operations, with Manitoulin Fuels operating as McDougall Energy as of August 1, 2022.
Customers will continue to receive the same quality products and services* they are accustomed to but initially may notice some changes through this transition.
New Office Location
McDougall Energy’s existing office in Little Current will now be the main office for customers and staff in the Manitoulin District.

Customer Accounts
Existing Manitoulin Fuels customers will not experience any service interruptions. The same trusted staff will continue to serve you from McDougall Energy’s existing office in Little Current.
AIR MILES
Manitoulin Fuels’ partnership with AIR MILES Reward Program will end on August 1, 2022. Customers may continue to earn Reward Miles up to this date. After this date, Reward Miles will no longer be offered at Manitoulin Fuels (via McDougall Energy). Earned Reward Miles will remain on the collector’s account and be available for redemption at other participating AIR MILES locations or online at airmiles.ca.

Note: This change does not impact Shell’s partnership with AIR MILES. Customers can continue to collect AIR MILES on eligible purchases at all participating Shell retail service stations.
