McDougall Energy Donates Backpacks to Local Students in Need

This August, McDougall Energy supported local students as they prepared for back-to-school by donating funds to pack 75 backpacks for this year’s Backpacks for Success campaign operated by the United Way – Sault Ste. Marie and Algoma District. Backpacks filled with essential school supplies will be distributed to local students in Kindergarten to Grade 12.

Backpacks for Success is dedicated to supplying necessary school items to children and youth in need, ensuring they have the tools to succeed in their education. By contributing funds for 75 backpacks, McDougall Energy aims to ease some of the financial burdens families may face while preparing for the school year.
